Our Story

Founded in 2019 by Anna Karenina from Mexico and Christer, a local Norwegian, Empress has become a favorite among mindful drinkers. Our mission is to provide exceptional non-alcoholic drinks for every occasion—whether you're at a bar, a restaurant, socializing, or relaxing at home. We believe everyone deserves delightful, alcohol-free alternatives.

What We Offer

Our unique drinks include:

• Kombucha: Gut-friendly and unpasteurized, available in flavors like Strawberry-Hibiscus Cardamom, Ginger Goji Berry, and Beetroot-Turmeric Ginger with Apple.
• Wine Alternatives: Sophisticated non-alcoholic kombucha-based options like Moonbrew (elderflower and nectarines), Venus Rose (plums, apples, wild spruce, juniper, and rose), and Ficus Zing (jun-tea, figs, cacao, and cardamom).
• Mocktails: Delicious and creative Kombucha-based non-alcoholic cockatils crafted for your delight with options like: Strawberry Mojito and Pineapple Margarita.
